[Beyond the Fog: Episode 1 - A Rude Awakening]

This has some potential and it looks like a lot of effort went into it, but the story isn't too captivating so far and the animation and character designs don't really fit with the serious tone this series is going for.

On the other hand, I enjoy some of the little effects like the smoke, the ships' firing, and anything that shows off the destruction and chaos done to this poor village!

Hopefully, you can make a bigger impact in the succeeding episodes!

A great short for October! I love the scenery and colors and I appreciate this was based off of some old, eerie folktales - which enhance the Halloween feel this was going for.
Although I'm not too fond of the voice acting or the character designs, I think you guys put some great effort into this!
